I I don't just advise. I step in as an experienced People leader and build what's actually needed.

Whether you're scaling quickly, navigating change, or feeling the strain of growth, I work alongside your leadership team to create practical people strategies, stronger leaders, and systems that scale.

Practical. Strategic. Embedded.

How I work

  • I start with what matters most

  • I balance strategy with execution

  • I build for scale, not complexity

  • I partner closely with leadership

  • I’m direct, thoughtful, and practical

No overengineering. No unnecessary process. Just what works.

Clarity—across your organization and the people inside it

My background shapes how I approach this work.

I look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand what’s actually driving behavior, performance, and team dynamics—so we solve the right problems, not just the visible ones.

Experience & background

I bring a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of business strategy and human behavior.

I've partnered with founders, executives, and leadership teams across high-growth startups, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, technology, energy, and financial services. Earlier in my consulting career with Select International, my client work included organizations such as Merck, Toyota, GE, Verizon, the FAA, and many others.

My work spans both strategy and execution—translating business goals into practical, scalable people systems that actually work in real environments.
